Manage Your Listing on the Partner Extranet
Approved partners may access the Partner Extranet to manage and update listings at any time. This secure platform allows you to maintain accurate, up-to-date information on Venture Richmond’s website.
Through the Extranet, you can:

Edit business descriptions, hours, amenities, and categories

Upload high-resolution photos

Access important updates, reports, and event calendars from Venture Richmond

Extranet Guidelines & Best Practices
To ensure consistency and quality across all listings, please note the following:

For best results, use Google Chrome when accessing the Extranet.

Complete all listing fields, including amenities and categories.

Use clear, compelling, and professional language in your business description.

Upload only high-resolution images you are authorized to use, and tag them to specific listings to ensure they display.

All new submissions and edits are reviewed by Venture Richmond before publishing and typically appear on the site within 2-3 business days.

- From the homepage of the extranet, click Collateral > Calendar of Events
- Click Add Event and complete the following required sections. Note: Because you're logged in, many details will autofill.
- Event Information
- Event Location
- Event Details
- Image Gallery
- Click Save in the upper left corner to submit the event for approval to our team.
The review process typically takes 2-3 business days and you will receive an email notification upon approval.

- From the homepage of the extranet, click Collateral > Media
- Click Add New Media and complete the required section: Media Information.
- Click Save in the upper left corner.

- From the homepage of the extranet, click Profile > Accounts
- Click the Down Arrow icon to the left of your Account (Business) Name and click Manage Amenities.
- Enter/edit the details as needed.
- Click Save in the upper left corner.

- From the homepage of the extranet, click Collateral > Listings
- Click the Pencil icon and complete the following required sections.
- Listing Information
- Categories
- Listing Image
- Click Save in the upper left corner to submit the event for approval to our team.
The review process typically takes 2-3 business days and you will receive an email notification upon approval.
