Provides enhanced property management services for Downtown, Manchester and the Riverfront including the Clean & Safe program. Downtown’s Service Districts help fund the enhanced services that make downtown cleaner, safer, more welcoming, and more economically vibrant, benefiting residents, employees, visitors, and business owners alike.
Oversees the management and maintenance of Brown's Island, the Canal Walk, Tredegar Green, and the Belle Isle parking lot.
Manages the marketing and promotion of Downtown and all it has to offer.
Venture Richmond Events, LLC
Produces Friday Cheers, the 2nd Street Festival, the Richmond Folk Festival, and partners with Sports Backers to produce Dominion Energy Riverrock.
Riverfront Canal Cruises, LLC
Operates historically narrated boat tours and private charters of the James River and Kanawha Canal annually from April through November.

In July 2006, Venture Richmond was created through the merger of four organizations dedicated to the city's urban core: Richmond Renaissance, citycelebrations, Richmond Riverfront Development Corporation, and the River District Alliance. Together, they formed one organization with one mission—to champion a vibrant, thriving downtown.
