2. Cafe Beignet RVA

This popular food truck is going brick-and-mortar and opening a storefront along the popular 17th Street Market strip of restaurants and shops. On top of baking their signature beignets, Cafe Beignet RVA has plans to expand their menu to lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch with Cajun-style dishes like red beans and rice, gumbo and more.
