type, operating system, what you searched for, referring and exit pages, the dates and times of
visits, and other Site usage behavior (“Site Visitation Data”). Site Visitation Data is used to
administer the Site and provide general statistics regarding the use of the VentureRichmond.com
website. We may also use Site Visitation Data to display advertising or send targeted marketing
messages you may find interesting and to suppress advertising that might not interest you.

where the requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, we may charge a
reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of complying with the request or decline to
comply with the request.

• Correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information.
• Delete Personal Information provided by or obtained about you.
• Obtain a copy of the consumer's Personal Information that you previously
