6. Online Mindfulness Meditation
Thursdays in April @ 6:45PM with The Innerwork Center
Guided meditation with time for reflection and sharing. Beginners and more experienced practitioners welcome. Rotating facilitators. Donations accepted towards our 'Access Fund' which helps fund innerwork to those that need financial assistance to participate in paid programming.

9. Self-Care For Families During COVID-19
April 9 @ 1PM with Greater Richmond Scan
Join two of Greater Richmond SCAN's Mental Health Clinicians, Margo Buchanan and Rachael Kaufman, for this virtual training on how to practice self-care as a family during COVID-19. We will discuss the impact of this big change on our brains and behaviors, and the importance of incorporating self-care into your daily routines and rituals with your family. Specific to caregivers, we will address how to incorporate ways to connect as a family, mindfulness strategies, yoga practices, and more tips to meet your and your family's needs during this ever-changing and demanding time. If possible, please bring paper, colored pencils/markers/crayons, and a pen to utilize during this interactive training.

10. TonyTunes Virtual Class
Fridays in April @ 3PM with Perk Bon Air
Fridays at 3pm, Perk Bon Air will be streaming a Live TonyTunes class from their kids area! To join the livestream, please Venmo class payment of $10 to @perkbonair with the note "TonyTunes (insert date here)" AND your email address. Once payment is received, they will send you a link to join the 3pm Zoom live stream. The class fee will be split between Tony and Perk!

14. Easter Vigil
April 11 @ 6PM with All Saints RVA
The Great Vigil (Resurrection) is when we gather virtually in darkness, light a new fire, and remember that it is only by the light of Christ that death and darkness is defeated. The paschal candle is lit, and candlelight takes us through the liturgy. We listen to the powerful scripture which summarizes the entire Biblical story of the Old and New Testament. A reflection (homily), reaffirms our baptismal vows, prayers are said, and music plays all to prepare us for Easter. The lights come on as we joyfully say, "Alleluia, Christ is risen!".

19. CEU Workshop: Lumbar Spine, SI Joints & Pelvis w/ Ariele
