The 423 Fund will be hosting its 2nd Annual Summer Breeze on Main Street. This charity event benefits our scholarships & youth development programs for the Greater Richmond community. Guests will hear from members of the foundation while enjoying food and live jazz by renowned violinist, Daniel D. There is a $75 tax deductible donation for admission.
