Tonight we are grabbing a weekend bag and flying to the coast of Spain. Imagine an ocean view table and a bottle of Rioja to share with that special someone. Tonight’s menu will include: Mushroom Tostada with Aioli, Paella Mixta (with chicken & seafood) and a simple Reimagined Pan con Chocolate that is so simple yet so DELICIOUS .
