Presented by Your Well in partnership with Main Stage. Come join them Saturday morning for a casual yoga and meditation class followed by brunch. Class is led by instructors Wellness by Anna and Kat & Cow.
Tickets include a 1-hour long Sweat + Surrender class with the first 40 minutes focused on power yoga and the last 20 minutes meditation. $12 for just the yoga class, $20 for yoga + brunch.
No mat? No worries! The Well provides a limited amount of mats for these classes. When purchasing your ticket look for the option "w/ Mat" so they know how many to provide. This class is open to all experience types + newbies who have not practiced yoga before + all ages. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts. Tickets are $12 just for the class, $20 for class and brunch.
