Small Talk at Small Friend

Join us on the last Thursday of the month for the next installment of SMALL TALK, an ongoing series at Small Friend Records & Books. Inspired by previous events like Presentation Party Night and Drunk TED Talks, presenters will give short lectures about a topic of their choosing. Topics range from silly to serious, and have included George Washington Carver, Reality Show Reunion Episodes, Puerto Rico After Hurricane Maria, Comics and the Iranian Revolution, the Eurovision Song Contest, Chaos Magic Theory, Bernard Coffindaffer's Crosses, Psychogeography and the Situationist International, and more. Presentations can include a Powerpoint, zine, science-fair-style posterboard, video clips, or nothing. Be creative, or wing it at the last minute.
