Join the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation and the Richmond Road Runners Club and enjoy a 10-mile or 5K race, run or walk on the "Cap Trail."
​
Registration includes a synthetic t-shirt and a beverage of your choice. We will be starting a finishing at Stone Brewing in Richmond, VA.
The 10 Miler begins at 9AM and the 5k beings at 9:45AM.
Both routes will be on the Virginia Capital Trail.
