MLK Community Day 2020

We shall overcome the crime crisis, family crisis, education crisis, substance use crisis but a fixed penal system. Take a walk with us through the museum and reflect on who we were then and our greatness now. Join us for the 7th Annual MLK Community Day on January 20, 2020 at the Black History Museum & Cultural Center. A day of interaction with teens, young adults and families. Featuring National and local speakers Wallo267, Disney’s Real Marvel Hero Elijah Lee, RapUnzel from Jermaine Dupree’s the Rap Game, Cameron Bertrand Of V.I.P, Dj Boss Lady J, and Dr Shedrick McCall. This is a free event with a scavenger hunt about our rich history, big prizes, live performances, music, and KNOWLEDGE FOR LIFE.
