@ Lucid Living RVA

7-7:30 PM

Meditation is a state of being. We practice by sitting down, getting quiet and learning how to harness and direct our attention, waking us up to the full experience of the life again and again. As a result, we begin to actually be IN life, experiencing it fully. Seated practice allows us to learn about ourselves, about these wonderful and wild minds of ours, and about our humanness. Seated practice can provide us with the space to feel a deeper sense of wellbeing, vitality, and groundedness.

Join Ellie Burke for a donation-based meditation practice every other Monday evening from 7-7:30pm. The practice will include 20 minutes of guided meditation and 10 minutes for guidance at the end of the sit.
