Ellen Davis Art Reception

Ellen Davis is a professionally trained Medical Illustrator and Animator who enjoys painting landscapes, abstracts, and custom pet portraits. Due to her background in natural science and medical illustration, Ellen is particularly inspired by nature, especially flora and fauna.

Currently, she is focusing on landscapes and seascapes, with a particular focus on tree lines and shore lines. She also dabbles in abstracts. Her medium of choice is oil paint, and she often employs resin in her works.

When she's not painting or illustrating, she's usually cooking up new recipes for her food blog, Fridge to Fork, or spending time with her chocolate lab in Richmond, Virginia.
